Expand "Hyper-V" Check "Hyper-V Management Tools"
Windows – Add “Run As Different User” to R-Click Menu
Start the Local Group Policy Editor:
gpedit.msc
Drill down:
User Configuration, Administrative Templates, Start Menu and Taskbar
Enable:
Show "Run as different user" command on Start
